Discovery Process
It's difficult for anyone to reach their goals without a really good plan to get there.

Over the years we have noticed an issue with how web companies quote certain projects.  If the client knew exactly what they wanted, the companies could provide accurate quotes.  But what happens when a company doesn't know what what they want?

The issue we noticed was that when web companies didn't have a clear direction from a client, a sales person would create a direction.  The problem with that is rarely does that direction mesh with the vision the web team itself may have once it gets its hands dirty with the project.  This leads to overages and change orders left and right with quotes.

We took a step back and said, how do you make that better?  What we came up with is our Discover Process.

In our Discovery Process we let the client sit down face to face with our full team.  That means they are talking with a Project Manager, Designer, Programmer, Marketing Specialist, etc.  The goal is to brainstorm what exactly we want to do and how.  While this meeting costs money, which is why some clients can initially be reluctant to do it, we believe that the experience is invaluable.  Even if the client decides not to use us, they now have a deliverable with a mapped out direction that they can give to another web company to quote.  The savings in misquotes and change orders alone justifies the cost in many cases.
